They were very good about getting us in there. We got a same day appointment and were seated the moment we came through the door. We were honest about having challenged credit but didn't feel judged or dis same day appointment and were seated the moment we came through the door. We were honest about having challenged credit but didn't feel judged or discouraged in any way by our sales consultant Josh. He was very kind and patient with us through this process. They were honest about what we needed to do to get financed for the vehicle we needed. We were successful in getting financing and Josh was able to find us the perfect vehicle. After this he told us to relax and to go ahead and insure our vehicle while we waited for them to process the paper work. This is where things went a little downhill. He came to us asking us to increase our down payment by 1k or more. We were very frustrated by this because we had already paid for our insurance after being told we were approved with our original down payment. We felt pretty blindsided and that maybe there was some dishonesty some where with what they had been telling us. We didnt increase our down payment to what they asked for but we did increase it by 500$ which got us a better APR and lower monthly payment so I won't complain too much. In the end we drove away with car we wanted and felt like we got a fair deal. A little more transparency would earn them a 5 star review. More
I didn’t get the “works” special that was advertised! I was charged over a hundred dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. I paid extra for rear brakes, but that cost was for $169.00. This is my second time at Hall Ford. And I've been to several dealerships in this area and nothing has worked. I appreciated how Dakota was vet persistent with helping me get into a car. He could have just said oh well after the last time I tried to get a car. But he kept checking in which made me work harder to achieve this goal of getting a car. He is greatly appreciated.
