Stephanie in Service Department was excellent. She was able to show us things on the vehicle that we were not shown when we purchased it. Hall Ford lost a star because when making appt whomever I spoke to able to show us things on the vehicle that we were not shown when we purchased it. Hall Ford lost a star because when making appt whomever I spoke to got model incorrect and I had to call back and give the correct model. Also the caller didn’t verify if they had the parts. I was asked this once i got there. If they hadn’t had i, it would have been a 30 min wasted trip. Other reasons were i was told on the phone by someone in parts department it would take about an hour but it took two. More
