By far the worst experience I was SHOPPING around for a new truck and checking all my local dealerships for the best deal i could get. I have bought 3 vehicles from HALL FORD New I was SHOPPING around for a new truck and checking all my local dealerships for the best deal i could get. I have bought 3 vehicles from HALL FORD Newport News in the past. It is my closed dealer and was always made to feel welcome to be there. For all my cars and trucks i have bought in my 30 years of driving i have always been able to talk and negotiate a fare price. But not this time.... I wasn't expecting them to give away a new truck but they were 4000 above another local dealer advertised price. Justin the sales manager was the worst. A snotty millennial that couldn't even look up for his computer and speak to me. The sale person didn't know or understand or didn't care why there is extra charges. They wouldn't even entertain competing for my business. They acted like they are the only Ford dealership in the US. This place must be under new management or something because when i bought those other vehicles it was easy, i think i got a good deal and i'm sure they maid money, a win win. The way it should be. But now not only are they the most expensive ford dealership but they throw in a NEW CAR VALUE PACKAGE @ $1049 that is non-negotiable. It air freshener , window cleaner and nitrogen for your tires. Well i'm not willing to pay for that, way overpriced crap well they said "TO BAD its standard on our new cars" Basically they have lost a buyer and all my business. I ended up going to WEST POINT for new F150 and saved 5000 bucks. More

ALWAYS EXCUSES I'll start by saying we have been customers of this dealership since the "Center Ford"days..We've purchased several vehicles from Center & Hall Ford.. But I must say with all honesty that their customer service has continually gone downhill. I don't believe that for one minute it's okay to strongly deny you said something when you did, nor is it okay to charge the customer a price differently than is offered on your website "Specials". Both are wrong!! It disturbs me greatly to know that this practice is ripping people off. Not to mention that I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change & tire rotation & didn't leave until 11:30. Plus no mention when I checked in that it would be so long. This dealership is consistent on ALWAYS being behind. It's sad really!! That the customer has to deal with the Service Department after they've purchased a new vehicle. I wanted to speak with the Manager, but no one was around, nor did anyone bother to ask me if I needed any help, while I wandered the sales floor. NEVER AGAIN!! We will NOT EVER be buying a vehicle from this dealership ever again!! Noone nor this dealership, ever wants to hear from the customer especially when there's an issue. I really hope more past customers & future customes will do the same thing & find a new place to spend our money! Some place where customer service still means GOOD BUSINESS! More
