Charged for a transmission that we were told we wouldn't be. We brought one of our commercial vehicles in and were told we wouldn't be charged for the third transmission this van needed. Once picked up I was con We brought one of our commercial vehicles in and were told we wouldn't be charged for the third transmission this van needed. Once picked up I was contacted by our Fleet Service telling us we were charged. When I spoke to the Service Manager he asked me to give him the information and he would look into it. I sent him the VIN number of the vehicle in question and the email trail with the names of the people we talked too. It has been three weeks and I haven't had any calls returned nor has there been a response to my email. I know he got the email because I went down there the following day to make sure he did. As a service manager myself I understand busy but this is poor customer service, not to mention unethical. I wouldn't dream of treating any of our customers this way. In fact , any customer that has had a complaint was treated with a sense of urgency. More
