I was in and out for my oil change in the time that i was told. This is the first time it has been within the time frame although most has been within an extra 30 minutes. Hall Ford in Newport News is a wonderful place to purchase and get service for your vehicles. They are always friendly. The prices are on par with other service and repair shops but most of the time purchase and get service for your vehicles. They are always friendly. The prices are on par with other service and repair shops but most of the time they are cheaper. Key point is they use original ford parts vice after market. Don’t be fooled by the other guys give Hall Ford a try for all you vehicles needs. More

worst experience ever Brought my car in for several issues. Was called within 2 hours of it being their. I was told that to find the issue they would have to do 270 worth Brought my car in for several issues. Was called within 2 hours of it being their. I was told that to find the issue they would have to do 270 worth of work before they could diagnose the issue. They ignored the other issues i was having. When i told them not to touch my car and i would come pick it up i was told that was the going rate for this. When i went to pick up my car they tried to charge me $90 dollar for "diagnosing the issue" of which they didn't do. To add to this i was never told about this fee or asked to authorize it. After fighting for not having to pay it i was finally given my car back. Worst experience at a service center i have ever had. More
