This was the first time I had been to the dealership, my husband usually took his truck in for service. Stephanie was so pleasant and helpful not only with the drop off process, but also with making sure I husband usually took his truck in for service. Stephanie was so pleasant and helpful not only with the drop off process, but also with making sure I got home with Uber service. She contacted me with some service recommendations but was not pushy at all. As a woman in a vehicle service center I appreciated not being taken advantage of. When the truck was ready she called and offered Uber pickup, but I already had a ride back. Overall, a very good experience. More
