Made appointment two week prior for a recall repair. Dropped off truck. Workers disassembled the section of the truck to discover they didn't even have the part in stock. I prefer to have my Ford serviced at a dealership. I just feel I have a better leg to stand on should something go awry. I feel that they've been fair and, so far, all of the repairs have been made to my satisfaction - and I'm very particular. The service advisors are very nice, and once you actually get a direct phone number, the communication is easy. I really like the service director, Jeff. He has taken the time to explain things to me. I don't find that he or anyone else in Service has tried to sell me things that I don't need. Like another commenter, I do wish the updates were more timely. One of the biggest things I'd like to see changed is being able to get a loaner car. My mom is in her 90s and she lives about an hour and a half away. It makes me very nervous to be without a car in case I needed to get to her. More
