Let service advisor Barbara know I really needed my Van back by that night. She worked with the Technician all day to accomplish that request. Was so glad when Barbara called me back at 5pm. Came in to pick up before 6pm. Warranty covered it all with deductable. Gave the technician a special gift, he deserved it. Great job, and one satisfied customer........... TD More

Went in for a State inspection and tire rotation and oil change. Had to ask them to put air into tires after picking up the vehicle. Terrible service. Worse in the 15 years that I’ve been going there. Was sent to the Jeep dealer down the road (why I don’t know). They referred me back to Greenbrier b Worse in the 15 years that I’ve been going there. Was sent to the Jeep dealer down the road (why I don’t know). They referred me back to Greenbrier because they didn’t have the equipment to lift a Ram 3500. Greenbrier said they couldn’t fit me in but after talking with service manager he worked me in for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation (Dually). After a 5 hour wait I walked outside and saw my truck and to my disbelief, my rear Dually rims were solid black and not shiney chrome. They had rotated the inside tires to the outside. Wish I could post photos here to show you. After some argument about who was responsible, they agreed to put the chrome rims back on the outside. Guess I should have figured that common sense would have prevailed. Lesson learned for me is to be very specific in tire rotation but in my defense, they gave me the runaround all morning. I definitely won’t recommend Greenbrier service to my friends. More

I realize the oil change is complimentary, but I would have been better off paying someone else to do it. I was not notified when the service was complete even though I left my contact number. When I picked up the vehicle I was handed the keys and pointed to the area it was parked in only to find it pinned in on all 4 sides by other vehicles. I had to go back in and request that someone move a vehicle so I could get out. The most disappointing thing is that 2 days later I realized oil was leaking in my driveway because the technician didn't bother to tighten the oil plug all of the way. Why bother to offer this complimentary service as an incentive to sell a vehicle, when the quality of the service just makes the customer feel like they were an inconvenience to you? If you don't have the time or the manpower to do the job correctly please inform me so I don't waste my time or yours.This is the second time I have had oil leaking after an oil change from your service center. I figured the first time was just a one time thing and I didn't complain. Now I feel this seems to be the norm. More
