At this point I’m I’m convinced that my vehicle is not meant to be serviced at this location. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have left there completely frustrated and disappointed. I called the serv meant to be serviced at this location. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have left there completely frustrated and disappointed. I called the service department on Wednesday April 27th and specifically asked “Is an appointment needed to get my vehicle inspected? The young lady clearly said “No, just bring your vehicle up to the service area before 12 to avoid waiting too long because the techs go to lunch between 12-1pm”. So I take off of work Friday to get my vehicle inspected. Of course as usual, what I was told was inaccurate. Oh and of course no one knew anything, no one could provide any explanation. Every time I go to this location, one person tells me something completely different than the next or just doesn’t know what to say. I don’t understand why I was told to “just bring the car up” if that wasn’t the case. Can anyone from this place of business explain that to me. So now it’s the end of the month, I have taken off a day from work, wasted my time and gas, and drove 30 minutes for absolutely nothing. All trust has been lost, my vehicle is clearly not safe at this location. More
