I was charged $400 to service my air conditioner and the caps were left off of both high and low pressure lines. I brought my car in twice in order for it to get diagnosed. The second time I received a loaner to two days. Southern is telling me that my mileage is running over 7000 miles over what my current od diagnosed. The second time I received a loaner to two days. Southern is telling me that my mileage is running over 7000 miles over what my current odometer is suppose to say. They ordered the part to fix my jeep over a month ago and I have still yet to hear from Southern. Barbra has been amazing and kept in the loop with everything and has done the best in doing what she can on her end. All the paperwork has the incorrect mileage due to the recall on my Jeep Wrangler 4xe. My concern is that when the part comes in to fix the computer in my jeep, that it will not show the correct mileage. I have pictures of my odometer right before it went bad. When I fill My jeep up with gas it does not tell me how many miles until empty. As each week goes by more and more problems problems are arising with my jeep wrangler 4xe. More
