My experience at this location was absolutely horrible. My vehicle was dropped off on a Thursday. I did not get a call with updates at all. I gave it a few extra days as the Monday after I dropped off my car was a holiday. It took for me to call that following Wednesday (Thursday would have been a week) to ask about my car before any work was done on my car. I received a call that Thursday stating that everything was done however it failed the state inspection due to a non functioning trunk light assembly. I asked what that would cost me and I was told $250 which brought my bill to over $1000. I asked the advisor if there were any discounts they could offer me considering I been without my car for and entire week without any repairs been done to it and all he could do hem and haw. I told them to put the reject on it. I found a coupon myself paid for the work that was done took my car home, found the light assembly online for $39 and my husband installed it in about 3 minutes. You all were planning to charge me $250 for a $39. fix. I was told the part was $142 and the labor was going to be $100 for an hours worth of installation. About 2-3 days later I brought my vehicle back in for a reinspection. I was left sitting in the bay for about 20 minutes before anyone helped me and then once I was overheard telling another customer that the service sucked here the service advisor finally came to tell me that they would be pulling my car in shortly. Finally and hour later my car had the new inspection sticker. The worst experience ever. This was Greenbrier Dodge location. More
I dropped my jeep off at 1715 on a Friday eve for an oil change…had to keep calling to get the status of my vehicle! Was finally ready at 1515 Saturday! Ridiculous. I usually have excellent service from the BMW Techs. I have a Z4 that was brought in for service. Surprisingly the BMW 2015 brake pads were no longer being sold...anywhere! I was told that I could get b I have a Z4 that was brought in for service. Surprisingly the BMW 2015 brake pads were no longer being sold...anywhere! I was told that I could get brake pads and they will be just as effective, but just not the BMW brand. I settled for this because I had no other choice and felt confident as long as they are effective. A minor infraction but far from serious. When my car was brought up after service, there was grease stains where the driver was sitting. I informed my tech and one of the workers came to clean it up. Lastly, I had to get air in my tire (the light came on signaling which tire needed air). Air was put in but for some reason, the light is staying on. I will talk to Jason, my tech tomorrow about this. Jason usually treats me well and has always given me excellent service. special note: all of the workers tried to assist me which I am very appreciative. Hopefully, someone can find the reason why the symbol still comes on for a tire needing air. More
