I've been a customer for 20 years and bought 4 Jeeps from this dealership. They are friendly, helpful and professional. My last visit was on a Saturday at 4:00 because I needed a part for my driver's seat. this dealership. They are friendly, helpful and professional. My last visit was on a Saturday at 4:00 because I needed a part for my driver's seat. I planned on ordering one and setting up a date to put it on. I had no appointment and had not called before I showed up. Paul went above and beyond. He found my part and someone to put it on while I was there. Since I live 3 hours away, this made my life so much easier since I didn't have to return another time. Even though I always receive great service with them, this just shows how they are willing to make the customer happy. They definitely made my day with this one. More
Had to bring my truck in twice for the same two issues, and they still aren’t resolved. Plus after I picked up the truck the first time a technician apparently left a tool under my hood in the track, and and they still aren’t resolved. Plus after I picked up the truck the first time a technician apparently left a tool under my hood in the track, and slammed the hood down over the tool, causing the hood to be buckled up. Luckily it did not cause permanent damage. I’ll find another Dodge dealer in the area to get work done on my vehicles. Sorry, but I didn’t leave your dealership with a warm fuzzy. The people were pleasant though. More

I currently own two Jeeps and have owned several others in the past and I have never encountered such an expense. i have always purchased warranty protection from the dealer on my purchases which encourage me to keep and maintain my Jeeps as long as possible. I needed a new headlamp on my grand cherokee and was surprised at how difficult it would be to change it myself. I did not expect this to be covered by extended warranty so i took it to the dealer. I was shocked when I received a call that my car was ready and that the cost to replace a headlight was over $500. Of course by that time there was nothing that i could do but pay the bill. i don't fault Southern Chrysler Jeep at all but this poor design that creates such a large labor charge for such an inexpensive part and one that will likely need to be done again is ridiculous to the point that it will certainly factor into my decisions in the future about which car to buy More
