I have been a faithful customer since 2007. Took my car in for repair Feb 7, 2023. After keeping my car overnight, I called for an update and was told the technician needed another hour of service because he couldn't figure out the problem. I agreed simply because my car was hostage. The following day, I called for an update and was informed that the second Diagnostic Eval ($199) was to no avail. Eventually, it was determined that the #8 fuel injector was clogged and recommending cleaning all the injectors. Charged ($150), I was informed the car was ready for pickup Feb 9, 2023. Big surprise at the window, the cost was $610.43. An adjustment was made and military discount added, new price was $551.39. I feel taken advantage of and duped. I had to pay the amount or I wouldn't have transportation. I feel violated. Previously the car was running fine but had a check engine light. Now it rattles as if something is loose. I dare not bring it back. More
I took car in for oil change tire rotation an inspection. Along with my seat wouldn’t move back, the button for 2 drivers to set seat, my start stop, the seat doesn’t go down a back when you shut engine off.
