Brian (the Service Rep) took great care of me, getting my vehicle in for an Oil change, tire rotation and Inspection as I did a drop off. While talking to him, he also was able to schedule the recall my oth vehicle in for an Oil change, tire rotation and Inspection as I did a drop off. in today's world, perfect just doesn't happen anymore. i am not complaining about the service,......the service and personal have always been tip-top. it is just insane to have an appt for an oil chan i am not complaining about the service,......the service and personal have always been tip-top. it is just insane to have an appt for an oil change and tire rotation, arriving at 11:00 and not leave until about 1:15. TO have an appt and have to wait that long is not normal. my work up sheet was sent to me by email......which i did not see until 9:00PM that night........that check off sheet stated that my air filter needed immediate attention.....WHY didn't someone tell me that while i waited the 2 plus hours??? i would have had it replaced right then...but they did not tell me. as it was, my mechanical son went out and bought that air filter and put it in for me. this has taught me a lesson....go over all paper work before i leave and maybe not even worry about an appt, since it doesn't seem to make a difference. By the way, i know that there is a work shortage, that parts are not available, but an occasional update on how the service is going would have been nice. i might still be sitting there today, if one of the salesperson had not come in introducing himself and asking if anyone needed a new car, refinancing or wanted to do a trade in, and i said i would consider it if he could find out where my car was. he must have beat the bushes, as i was out of there 15 minutes later.
