Communication is terrible with this service department. There was a recall to fix my truck and I was left in the dark for months wondering what this dealership was doing to fix my truck. Just to find out There was a recall to fix my truck and I was left in the dark for months wondering what this dealership was doing to fix my truck. Just to find out that my service advisor had quit and nothing was actually being done with my truck. The service manager did get to the bottom of things that did take more time to solve.
