Wouldn't listen to what my insurance was having me ask for. Service writer when I wanted a full inspection to see if an antique 90s model Jeep was worth purchasing, I was told to come back after hours because open hours were for customers friends and family were to come back after 430 but I was test driving and stopped in. Private seller obviously wouldnt let me drive it around all day so I purchased the jeep and now because I was not allowed to have it looked to see if seller did indeed do all that was listed in the add, my Jeep leaks fuel due to a pinched now snapped high pressure line that could have been avoided, my tahoe would no be sitting in my driveway in limp mode and my dodge only needed a pitman nut tightened and I asked for my tire pressure to be checked because my reader is in another vehicle and no one did. More

Came in for oil. change, added tire rotation because of the coupon. I usually get the rotations free at Sam's club, but the coupon was for both so the rotation didn't change, added tire rotation because of the coupon. Turned around and went back and informed service advisor. She called the tech and told him to check the balancing of the tires. He took the jeep, said he didn't hear anything driving it to the bay, jacked it in the air and said he didn't see anything. I had him get in and ride with me to let him hear the noise that I was talking about because it wasn't making noise when I took it there. He heard the noise which sounded like something rubbing, got out and touched all the lug nuts to see if they were properly tightened. I again stated that it was not making that noise before the tires were rotated. He said he was going to talk to the advisor to see what she wanted to do. Came back and said he couldn't really do anything else because if he put it back in the air, they'd charge a diagnostic fee so I left, and went to Sam's Club and told them the issue. They rebalanced the tires, and the sound went away. So I would have paid a diagnostic fee for nothing had I proceeded with the dealer. More

They had my car the whole summer and they blamed the people sending parts vs them selling me a car with a bad transmission. My car has several damages that wasn’t there when I dropped off my car. I had to ask for gas after they ran my tank on empty meanwhile I did a survey for oil change to receive a full tank on pick up that was not done. I experience racism for the first time with the lady at service desk put that to the side because of poor condition of car was my main focus. I spoke with Mike Owen’s and all he did was blame the people sending the parts for car on why they had my car so long. I have called and spoke with different people trying to contact them as well and no feedback back More
