Code P1004 (intake runners) repairs were accomplished I had had the diagnostic check service done prior, and it identified the problem correctly. Parts were required to be ordered so I came back on Tuesday to get the actual repair accomplished. I worked with Service Representative Lamont, who provided a great service experience. Dropped the car off at 0730, and got the call about 3 PM, that the vehicle was ready to go. On my way home, I noticed immediately that the 'check engine' indicator was off and remained so. The performance of the engine was now perfect, and all noticeable performance problems were gone (rough idle and engine miss during acceleration had been experienced for about 5000 miles prior). This was an expensive repair, but worth it since I intend to keep this Chrysler for as much as another 100,000 miles. More
Good service with a little hickup I had been having problems with the door remote. David had the jeep checked out and suggested I leave the jeep over night. It is not possible to be without the jeep as both myself and my wife are handicapped. I went on line and found out how to replace the batteries in the remote. For $2.95 I purchased two batteries and replaced them in both remotes and walla ! both of the remotes now work> I thought your staff would have checked the batteries, however I now have the remotes working and all is good, More
