When calling Southern, the manager assisted in providing me with the phone number for roadside assistance, then emailed me a confirmation that they were waiting for my vehicle to be towed in. The were very responsive, prompt in determining what was wrong, and was able to repair the vehicle and have it ready for pickup in a timely fashion. Excellent service. More
