Ten years ago I was in the Navy (retired now) and was stationed in Norfolk. Eddie sold my best friend her Jeep and I remember how he went above and beyond to make sure Shai was taken care of. Ten years later I still remember how good Eddie treated Shai. I told Shai I wanted to buy a new Jeep and only wanted to deal with Eddie. Eddie did not disappoint! He made us feel like family. He explained everything and more in my new Jeep. You just don't find people like Eddie anymore. Thank you Eddie. I really appreciate how you went above and beyond ... still the same ten years later. Unhappy with service from Sales Manger I am unhappy with the level of service I received from the sales managers during and after my sale. I questioned the finance amount and the payoff on I am unhappy with the level of service I received from the sales managers during and after my sale. I questioned the finance amount and the payoff on my vehicle. I mentioned numerous times I had ZERO APR on my trade and they increased the payoff amount by $40.00. When I brought this to their attention they really didn’t seem to hear what I was saying or really want to rectify the situation. Due to my experience I will no longer do business with Soutjern Jeep not will I refer my friends or client to this dealership. More
