I called to ask if I needed an appointment for state inspection, I was told no, that I could use the express lane. However when I got there for and oil change and inspection, I was told I did need an inspection, I was told no, that I could use the express lane. However when I got there for and oil change and inspection, I was told I did need an appointment for the inspection. So I went ahead with the oil change and made an appoint for the following week for the inspection. It's such a challenge to take time off work to get there, and wait for service, and now I have to do it all over again because I was given incorrect information; very frustrating to say the least. There is a major lack of communication in the service department. Advisors will either not answer or return calls when messages are left. A part for my vehicle sat at the dealership for almost two week department. Advisors will either not answer or return calls when messages are left. I had to make numerous calls to find out for myself and schedule an appointment. More
