I really hate not giving anything other than a great review for Southern Jeep Greenbrier’s service department but unfortunately the quality of service has significantly diminished over the years. We have been going to this same dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them since we moved to the area nearly 10 years ago. The Pandemic and natural staff turnover (retirement) has resulted in an understaffed and inexperienced crew that operate way below the standard we became accustomed to. More

They failed my car for inspection. My father in law, a mechanic, picked the car up knowing the findings were false. Took it to another shop and it passed with no needed service.
