Paul was very helpful during this service and a follow up service on the same issue was resolved quickly. However, I must say in the strongest words possible how upset and disappointed I am that i had to se service on the same issue was resolved quickly. I currently own two Jeeps and have owned several others in the past and I have never encountered such an expense. i have always purchased warranty protection from the dealer on my purchases which encourage me to keep and maintain my Jeeps as long as possible. I needed a new headlamp on my grand cherokee and was surprised at how difficult it would be to change it myself. I did not expect this to be covered by extended warranty so i took it to the dealer. I was shocked when I received a call that my car was ready and that the cost to replace a headlight was over $500. Of course by that time there was nothing that i could do but pay the bill. i don't fault Southern Chrysler Jeep at all but this poor design that creates such a large labor charge for such an inexpensive part and one that will likely need to be done again is ridiculous to the point that it will certainly factor into my decisions in the future about which car to buy More
Had to bring my truck in twice for the same two issues, and they still aren’t resolved. Plus after I picked up the truck the first time a technician apparently left a tool under my hood in the track, and and they still aren’t resolved. Plus after I picked up the truck the first time a technician apparently left a tool under my hood in the track, and slammed the hood down over the tool, causing the hood to be buckled up. Luckily it did not cause permanent damage. I’ll find another Dodge dealer in the area to get work done on my vehicles. Sorry, but I didn’t leave your dealership with a warm fuzzy. If it were not for Paul, rating would have been much lower. I brought my Challenger in for regularly scheduled maintenance, i.e. oil change, tire rotation, fuel injection treatment, front brake and roto lower. I brought my Challenger in for regularly scheduled maintenance, i.e. oil change, tire rotation, fuel injection treatment, front brake and rotor replacement. I bought my car from this location, so I only bring it here for service. I got in my car after paying for the service and I immediately smelled a strong burning smell coming from the vents. I depressed the clutch to engage assembly for reverse. My car shuttered violently as I gave it gas. Then I shifted into first gear and the same shutter happened again. I knew right away that my clutch had been burned out. I presented this to Paul, and he immediately grabbed his manager. He got in the car with me so that he could see exactly the cause for my frustration and anger. Manager, Paul, and team were in agreeance that my clutch was burned out. They immediately investigated the cause and determined the the technician that performed the work on my car had an apprentice working with him that did not know how to drive a manual transmission. My anger grew immensely, however, Paul and his team began to do all that they could to make this right because they understood my rage. Paul was very informative, empathetic, and professional, and hea reassured me that this would be made right. I was placed in a brand new vehicle at no charge to drive while my car was being repaired. I was refunded the labor cost of the original work done and was not required to refill the gas tank on the loaner as a courtesy. After about 8 days, I was informed that my car had been repaired. I inspected it thoroughly, drove it, and Paul rode with me, never tried to place blame. He accepted full responsibility. Honestly, Paul is the only reason why I would ever consider bringing my car back to this location. Though I am still a bit angry, because the inside of my car still kind of smells like burned clutch, Paul made sure my vehicle was repaired and de-escalated the issue tremendously. I will bring my car back here for service, but I only want to deal with Paul when I come back. If Paul leaves, so do I and I mean that wholeheartedly. More
