I would have rated this dealership higher if information about them, the vehicle, and pricing would have been more transparent. I found my listing through truecar military and anticipated using NavyFed for our car loan thinking the price for the vehicle would be discounted this way and the price I saw online was the price I would pay for the vehicle. However, when I arrived for the test drive I scheduled, that was not the case at all. The vehicle was at the liquidation location, the pricing did not include fees for items they added to the car (lojack, etc.), there was no military discount, only a discount of financing through them instead of our bank. We weren't notified of a minor accident to the vehicle or its after-market additions until after we began signing paperwork... In general, I was disappointed with how ambiguous everything was. However, the vehicle is quite nice and I was able to purchase it that day and negotiate almost exactly what I wanted for my trade-in in order to make it work. The staff were friendly enough and through over run with customers, worked as quickly as they could. More
