Scheduled my oil change 4 days in advance. They called 2 hours after they should have finished the service saying they were waiting for Amazon to deliver a filter because they were all out. The sales experience on 3-25-21 was great. The plate registered tome was not the plate placed on my car. it seems I am being charged by every state for tolls and charges associated with the person who actually has the plate traveling everywhere. The Management there at Jeep has cooperated with me to rectify this problem but it is becoming a total nightmare. The plate is still on the other car. I have new plates but I'm having to constantly send proof to other states that this was not my fault and this was not my car. If this hadn't happened I am sure I would continue coming to Southern Group as this is my third car purchase in a row from there, but this mistake is infuriating. More
Asked for my windshield wipers to be replaced they were already in the back seat. That wasn’t completed. Asked them to check my a/c they made sure to charge me the $200 for that.
