1, the auto was in the shop go 25 days to get a head gasket replaced. Totally too long. 2, the auto has a slight shake wen stoped at a red light. 3, sometimes I smell antifreeze on when I’m drivin gasket replaced. Extremely long wait that was over 2 hours for an express oil change. In addition, service rep called me for an oil system cleaning because car was 2000 miles over periodicity in actuality it was about 3000 oil change. Car was complete and again had to wait nearly 20 minutes for pickup. Very disappointed with the service for routine maintenance that normally a 30-40 min process. More

After 2 weeks of having my Jeep it had to go back to them for engine noise. They are working diligently to resolve the issue but I feel like communication could be better. That’s just my opinion.
