Not only was there not a rental available as we requested but the wait was 5 hours. The mechanic didn’t give any details on what was wrong with the tires and just said they were cracked and not that there wa but the wait was 5 hours. Hopefully getting new tires will fix the steering issue but it is my understanding Jeep doesn’t have a true fix for this and most likely won’t. More

I got my first new car at 65 from this dealership. Robert Plante is the biggest reason I have this car. Came in told him what I need. First car was nice but when he saw me trying to get my husband out Robert Plante is the biggest reason I have this car. Came in told him what I need. First car was nice but when he saw me trying to get my husband out of the car,(he is disabled with Parkinson disease) he said no, we need to upgrade you to a SUV. He knew I had a $ amount I could afford. This man went out of his way to make sure I got this car. While I was waiting he would go and check on my husband out in the rental car. Never once did I feel like a customer. I felt like family. He even offered to drive my new car to my home and take me to the rental office to drop off the car. Not sure there is any other person for dealership that does that. Mr. Frank Staicer did my loan and everything was explain to me and never did I feel pressure to sign anything. It was like taking to an old friend. If you are looking for a new or used car this will be the place you need to go.
