We have brought our vehicle to be serviced here on multiple occasions, and everytime we have problems. The staff has treated us like we are morons, we have been accused of making up the problem becaus multiple occasions, and everytime we have problems. The staff has treated us like we are morons, we have been accused of making up the problem because they can't duplicate it, and they have even lied to us about the status of parts that they were supposed to order and never did. If you need a rental vehicle while your repairs are being done, don't plan on getting one from here. On two seperate occasions we have been told they were out of rental verhicle at 9 in the morning. On one occasion, the mechanic broke the handle off our shifter and didn't bother to say anything about it. Then as we were leaving the dealership, I went to shift gears, and the handle came off in my hand leaving me with no way to shift in the middle of 5 lanes of traffic. When we went back, the mechanic admitted he broke it and they shoved a piece of paper between the rod and the handle to make due until they could get a new part. When they replaced our transmission, they didn't do the seals right, so we had to take it back because it leaked. The staff has even admitted to us that warranty work gets put on the back burner because they don't get as much money for it! Are you kidding me, so my car isn't as important as anyone elses just because you aren't getting paid more for it! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will not be bringing my vehicle back. More
My experience with this dealership mirrors what is happening to the automobile industry in our country. Dealership was dirty , the sales cubicles and furniture came from the 1970s and were damaged uni happening to the automobile industry in our country. They would not run an proximate for you in your payments unless you sign an application and almost commit to doing business with them. I was planning to buy a used car with $300 aprox. in payment and ended up leasing a new 2011 Toyota sienna for $370+. The reason? SERVICE. SERVICE. The manager of this dealership should stop by the Priority Toyota or car max. No wonder why our car industry is in so much trouble. The service department is an other story, they informed me of a part that needed to be replaced in my van very soon $460. I checked with an other mechanic, He didn't see the problem. That part was still the original one when I traded my car for the Sienna, after 6 years of the urgent need for replacement!!! More
This dealer is the most worthless and crooked dealership I have ever seen. Should have figured from the start. Went to buy a vehicle, and they wouldn't tell me any numbers up front, until after they ran m I have ever seen. Should have figured from the start. Went to buy a vehicle, and they wouldn't tell me any numbers up front, until after they ran my credit. Wouldn't give me amount of trade-in, amount of vehicle, nothing. They only work around what you can pay per month, and then adjust the price to make in near what you are willing to pay per month. After purchasing vehicle, they told me politely, "Chrysler/jeep will send you a customer survey in the mail in a few weeks, if you bring it back for us to fill out, you get a free tank of gas". No idiot would pass that up. Thats how they get their ratings up from the manufacturer. Bought the vehicle, and never returned to that dealership again, for any service, or anything, because i realized how dirty they was. Traded the Jeep in after three years, and called them about the refund for the extended warranty. They told me to send them some paperwork, and a letter requesting the refund, and I would get a check in the mail in 4 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, called them back, the guy lied, and said that he just traded a car in himself, and that it takes two months. He said he got his exactly two months afterwards. It should take 2 hours to buy a $25,000 vehicle, and over two months for a refund. Googled it, and apparently when they send a refund, it takes it out of the dealers bank account. The want the money in there as long as possible, to make interest on it as long as possible. THIS DEALER IS A BIG SCAM IN MY EYES. More
Spent nearly 5 hours on 1/17/09 settling on a price and payment with salesman and sales manager who informed us financing had been arranged. During this time salesman disappeared and come to find out he ha payment with salesman and sales manager who informed us financing had been arranged. During this time salesman disappeared and come to find out he had gone home. Was passed to a second salesman to complete the paperwork. As he was giving us the keys states that "when you come back with the check from your bank" at which point I stopped him and said, no we aere told financing was already taken care of. Turned out sales Manager had now left as well so told them would return in morning to straighten out confusion. Returned next morning and was greeted at door by 'General Manager' Cameron Shaw who asked us to accompany him to his office. Some one must have filled him in as he proceeded to apologize for the confusion, explained the sales manager we had worked with was not in that day and we should go ahead and take the vehicle home because "if the sales manager stated it was a done deal then it must be as we are not in the business of sending folks home with cars and then taking them back". Said he would have the sales manager complete the paper work and give us a call when he returned on Tuesday (2 days from that time).Leave with vehicle expecting to be called in 2 days, but no call on 3rd day so stop back. Sales manager was in, but we are instead passed to a different sales manager that states they are still working on things and will he will give us a call. 3 days later and still nothing so stop back again. Amazingly enough we are at least greeted by the same sales manager this time, but told they still need a couple more days and will call us on Monday. Monday no call. Tuesday (now 11 days into this) get a call from someone else (not sales manager) stating we need to return vehicle and he will have our old vehicle waiting so they may switch plates back. After work stop in and ask for salesman that called. While waiting for him Cameron Shaw walks by saying simply 'How is it going' and continues into his office and closes the door. Unable to find the salesman that called me another is sent to take care of me. Mid way the other salesman finally shows up and swaps plates back on the vehicles and says 'Your all set'. No explanations, no apologies, nothing. During this 11 days I had also called and left 2 messages for Mr Shaw (neither had ever been returned). There is much more to this, but not in the mood to write a bok here. saving that for my letters to Chrysler and my blog. I will finish with the fact that I have been driving Chrysler products for 23 years and this would have been my 3rd purchase from this same dealer. I have also sent 4 friends there over the years (two of which purchased vehicles) Never Again !! I have never in my life seen such a poor display of customer service in my life. All I can say is so much for so called 5 Star Dealerships. More

He really put forth effort into contradicting everything I said. He was brutally pushy. He refused to give me a price on the used vehicle without first test driving it. Once I test drove the vehicle we went into his crappy 'fly-by-night' office and he STILL wouldn't give me a price! He got me to give him my drivers license and military ID (I'm baffled I was dumb enough to give it to him) And presented me with a 'Privacy Notice'(which I regretfully signed) I was feeling VERY apprehensive about dealing with this business any further but I wanted to know the price. So he came back from making copies (which he never showed me) and began filling out a LOAN application FOR ME! I stopped him right there. I told him he had better stop filling paperwork out and just give me a price. He looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to know the price before doing more paperwork. He apprehensively left and finally returned with a price. He tried to get me to sign a document that said 'If the price is right I ____ agree to buy the vehicle today' He and another associate also refused to give me a price for the vehicle I wanted to trade in. This story absolutely FAILS to convey how terribly horrible the entire situation was. I have never been so pressured, belittled, insulted and all our disrespected before in my life. I STRONGLY suggest that you NEVER set foot on their lot. EVER. They will use every baited hook in the 'tackle box of car sales'. ... They straight up LIED to my over issues that would have made me not buy the car. I'm out over $4000, Court case to follow. They DO NOT care about the custom, only money!
