When I initially bought my vehicle in I was not happy at all with the Service Center advisor. I was not advised that it would be days before the vehicle was looked at even though I had an appointment. I h all with the Service Center advisor. I was not contacted when they came in. I had to make a trip to the dealership. While there, I made the appointment for the repairs. When I arrived for the appointment, the Service Advisor said he didn't see me listed. However, he took ownership of the situation and got me in. I was able to pick up my vehicle before the end of the day. For that I was grateful. Southern dealership doesn't offer courtesy rides 😕 I'm not a fan of the dealership yet!
