This place is a joke! I dropped my Jeep off yesterday to have the starter replaced. I told Evan I needed back by 2:pm, Well I called up their to make sure it was ready. I was told the jeep was on hold becau have the starter replaced. I told Evan I needed back by 2:pm, Well I called up their to make sure it was ready. I was told the jeep was on hold because it needed a water pump! I asked him why hasn't we called. His comment was that we tried but couldn't get a hold of anyone. So he told me the number he called which was wrong once again. I've been bring this jeep up their for over a year. Long story short, After blowing up at Becky and a few others for poor work. My Wife called and talked with someone about it. They told her the part wouldn't be in till friday? So when I told them I Needed a starter before i dropped it off wouldn't they at least look to see if they have the part? This is a joke! I now was told that I have to have a 4dw fuild flush. I wonder if this will take another week? I told them I wanted someone to call me first thing this morning, Well it's 8:45 am and nothing. I will be sending a bill to you for my time (Which is $75.00 an hour) and you've wasted 12 Hours so far, and the clock is still ticking! More
I felt like I was pressured to buy a more expensive car which I really could not afford. I asked about the Dodge several times but was denied access to it. I finally agreed to the terms of the payments so which I really could not afford. I asked about the Dodge several times but was denied access to it. I finally agreed to the terms of the payments so I could go home. I like the Chrysler van but it has the exact same features as the Dodge van so I don’t see the benefit for me the consumer. More
My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot from this dealership with the help of Sales Associate Rick Duquette. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a d from this dealership with the help of Sales Associate Rick Duquette. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a dealership. When I say we received help from Rick Duquette that's putting it midely. This sales associate went above and beyond to insure that we were happy with our experience. We have finally found a sales associate who listens to what you have to say and what you want as opposed to following his own agenda and trying to sell you what he wants you to buy. Everyone at the dealership that we encountered was so very friendly that you felt like you've known them forever. I never seen so many sincere smiles in one place! Our finance man Mike was also of the highest caliber. Not only will we recommend this dealership and Rick Duquette to any of our friends, family and coworkers, we will return to this dealership for any of our future car purchases. More
Before I rated this dealer I looked at all of the write ups for them, some are good and some are bad. Those that are bad I tend to wonder exactly what happened there. Any how my fiance and I had been to ups for them, some are good and some are bad. Those that are bad I tend to wonder exactly what happened there. Any how my fiance and I had been to several dealers in the area over the past few weeks and none were no more willing to help us out than the other. Enter Greenbrier and Mr Kevin Jones, he continously and tirelessly worked with us on the deal of a new Jeep Patriot and continously kept us in the loop on everything going on there. The entire staff was great, Heather Prince was exceptionally professional and courteous to our needs and even worked a great deal for the hospitality program for us. 3 days later I returned to do another trade and was met with the same friendliness and hospitatlity. This was all done in the midst of the corperation moving buidlings and the sales reps not having offices or computers to work with. Even with that our time there was the best I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. More
This was our third new car purchase from Greenbrier Chrysler Jeep. We were very, very please with our salesman Kris Bradshaw. He is a true professional and Greenbrier is fortunate to have him as part o Chrysler Jeep. We were very, very please with our salesman Kris Bradshaw. He is a true professional and Greenbrier is fortunate to have him as part of their team. Kris was there every step of the way and keep us informed thorough out the process. I would highly recommend Kris Bradshaw as well as this dealership to my fellow working professionals ,family and friends. Myron and Angela Cowell More
it's very interesting to me when i read other reviews how disatisfied everyone has been with greenbrier. this is my 6th car/jeep purchased from them. i have never experienced anything like has been mentioned disatisfied everyone has been with greenbrier. this is my 6th car/jeep purchased from them. i have never experienced anything like has been mentioned. i wasn't "forced" to sign anything, was given all information i needed, up to and including trade in, other discounts and expected monthly payments. they ran plenty of number senarios with me before even asking for any license, money or paperwork. my salesman has been there since 1997, which says volumns. i am in sales and realize that is this a "for profit" business, everyone needs to make money. this dealership is like every one else, there to make money. i wasn't lied to, the number i got was what was paid. i got the money for trade in that satisfied me, that was also reconized properly in paper work. overall a good experience, and 11 years later when i am ready for my next jeep, will be checking greenbrier out again. I will never buy another car from this dealership again.. Your sales man Glen the biggest lier on the face of the earth.. I was lied to in so many ways. and when i went to get the things out of trade in G Your sales man Glen the biggest lier on the face of the earth.. I was lied to in so many ways. and when i went to get the things out of trade in Glen would never let me go to clean it out. So the stupid jeep dealer got to keep all my personal belongings. on the way home from buying my jeep grand cherikee. i had to stop and get gas. did not get anything a normal car dealer would do and yes in three months from my brand new car experince from glen i had to get my brand new jeep inspeckted. I hate your sales person and will tell all my family and friend and do tell them to NEVER buy FROM GREENBRIER JEEP. More
I used to be a loyal customer to this dealership for almost 20 hrs, my family has bought no less than 8 Jeeps from this dealership. After this past weekend and the horrible service we experienced we wil almost 20 hrs, my family has bought no less than 8 Jeeps from this dealership. After this past weekend and the horrible service we experienced we will never go back! We were repeatedly lied to about what was having in the finance process forced to take home a vehicle that we did not buy in the end. Our trade in, which was bought from there all service done there and also has a certified letter from dealership saying the trade would be valued at a certain amount was not honored. I decided to go elsewhere, where I was treated wonderfully and will start a new family tradition of going to the other dealership. My parents, my children and my husband are all buying new jeeps within the next 3 years and we will never go back to greenbrier or shag auto as they now call themselves!!!!! More
We have brought our vehicle to be serviced here on multiple occasions, and everytime we have problems. The staff has treated us like we are morons, we have been accused of making up the problem becaus multiple occasions, and everytime we have problems. The staff has treated us like we are morons, we have been accused of making up the problem because they can't duplicate it, and they have even lied to us about the status of parts that they were supposed to order and never did. If you need a rental vehicle while your repairs are being done, don't plan on getting one from here. On two seperate occasions we have been told they were out of rental verhicle at 9 in the morning. On one occasion, the mechanic broke the handle off our shifter and didn't bother to say anything about it. Then as we were leaving the dealership, I went to shift gears, and the handle came off in my hand leaving me with no way to shift in the middle of 5 lanes of traffic. When we went back, the mechanic admitted he broke it and they shoved a piece of paper between the rod and the handle to make due until they could get a new part. When they replaced our transmission, they didn't do the seals right, so we had to take it back because it leaked. The staff has even admitted to us that warranty work gets put on the back burner because they don't get as much money for it! Are you kidding me, so my car isn't as important as anyone elses just because you aren't getting paid more for it! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will not be bringing my vehicle back. More
My experience with this dealership mirrors what is happening to the automobile industry in our country. Dealership was dirty , the sales cubicles and furniture came from the 1970s and were damaged uni happening to the automobile industry in our country. Dealership was dirty , the sales cubicles and furniture came from the 1970s and were damaged uninviting and dirty. There was not even a sit around for the customers! The salesman was pushi. They would not run an proximate for you in your payments unless you sign an application and almost commit to doing business with them. I was planning to buy a used car with $300 aprox. in payment and ended up leasing a new 2011 Toyota sienna for $370+. The reason? SERVICE. SERVICE. The manager of this dealership should stop by the Priority Toyota or car max. No wonder why our car industry is in so much trouble. The service department is an other story, they informed me of a part that needed to be replaced in my van very soon $460. I checked with an other mechanic, He didn't see the problem. That part was still the original one when I traded my car for the Sienna, after 6 years of the urgent need for replacement!!! More
