Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier made it RIGHT!!! Having bought two previous vehicles from Greenbrier, and being happy with both experiences, this was going to be the 1st and only place my wife and I Having bought two previous vehicles from Greenbrier, and being happy with both experiences, this was going to be the 1st and only place my wife and I went to this time. Unfortunately, the two salesmen we initially dealt with (Jorge and ???) wanted to discuss monthly payment and refused to discuss the out the door price of the car we were looking at. I explained to them several times that we were pre-approved and our monthly payment was not their concern. To no avail, we continued to ask them to discuss the price of the vehicle. we finally got up and left. We got a quote from our credit union's car buying service through Hall (whom had chased me to Greenbrier to begin with). Before I could visit hall, Greenbrier's customer service rep called me to ask me if I was happy with my experience at their dealership. I stated that I was not, and offered to e-mail her my complaint. The following morning, our phone began to ring off the hook. The used car manager (Sean O'Hara) from Greenbrier left several voicemails to express his apologies for the way we were treated and ask us to call him. I returned his call and he apologized yet again for what had happened, and said that he'd like the opportunity to "personally make it right." I told him that I had an appointment with Hall, but would think it over and call him. Hall had our second choice in colors, and would not come down any further on our credit union quote (which affirmed that we were being quoted a good price). We told them we would think it over and called Sean back. He told us that we would still work with Jorge, but he would personally be giving us our pricing. When we arrived at the dealer, Jorge was waiting for us. He immediately went and got Sean, who came out to greet us. We explained that we had decided to look at a new car vs. late model used. He said that was fine. We told him which car we liked, he disappeared for a moment and came back with a price that was almost 200 under the credit union quote (without knowing that we had a quote through our credit union). My wife and I said we'd like to sleep on it and would contact him the next day. That night, we agreed that the price was good and felt it was obvious that they really were trying to make everything right with us. We decided to buy the car from Greenbrier. The next morning (Sunday), Sean called to see if we had come to a decision. On a lark, I said "knock another 1000 off and we'll buy it today." All of the sudden I hear another voice say, "Tell him I'll go $500. I want to make this right, but I'm not going any lower than that." It turns out that the dealership's General Manager (Cameron Shaw) was following up with Sean to find out what was going on with our complaint. Mr. Shaw is the one that ultimately set the price on our car. Prior to this, I spent two solid weeks researching the car we wanted, dealer invoice, rebates, average selling prices, etc. I'm convinced that we got an amazing deal on the vehicle and that they bent over backwards to make things right with a repeat customer. I plan on doing business with them again. More

So this was my first trip to an actual dealer and they really worked with me. I had always purchased used vehicles from owners but they weren't as reliable so I went to this dealer. It was the first deal really worked with me. I had always purchased used vehicles from owners but they weren't as reliable so I went to this dealer. It was the first dealer I went to and I immediately fell in love with one car. The only problem was, I had a budget since I'm still a student. Patient and understandingly, they helped me work with that budget. Now I'm paying for my 2011 Aveo within a comfortable price range and driving it all over the place. The people that helped me, and even just other dealers passing by would stop and say a friendly word or two, making our visit very enjoyable. I will tell other people about this place, and I'm sure they'll agree with me. More

This place is a joke! I dropped my Jeep off yesterday to have the starter replaced. I told Evan I needed back by 2:pm, Well I called up their to make sure it was ready. I was told the jeep was on hold because it needed a water pump! I asked him why hasn't we called. His comment was that we tried but couldn't get a hold of anyone. So he told me the number he called which was wrong once again. I've been bring this jeep up their for over a year. Long story short, After blowing up at Becky and a few others for poor work. My Wife called and talked with someone about it. They told her the part wouldn't be in till friday? So when I told them I Needed a starter before i dropped it off wouldn't they at least look to see if they have the part? This is a joke! I now was told that I have to have a 4dw fuild flush. I wonder if this will take another week? I told them I wanted someone to call me first thing this morning, Well it's 8:45 am and nothing. I will be sending a bill to you for my time (Which is $75.00 an hour) and you've wasted 12 Hours so far, and the clock is still ticking! More
I felt like I was pressured to buy a more expensive car which I really could not afford. I asked about the Dodge several times but was denied access to it. This sales associate went above and beyond to insure that we were happy with our experience. We have finally found a sales associate who listens to what you have to say and what you want as opposed to following his own agenda and trying to sell you what he wants you to buy. Everyone at the dealership that we encountered was so very friendly that you felt like you've known them forever. I never seen so many sincere smiles in one place! Our finance man Mike was also of the highest caliber. Not only will we recommend this dealership and Rick Duquette to any of our friends, family and coworkers, we will return to this dealership for any of our future car purchases. More
