Poor Customer relations after purchase. Purchased used vehicle in June. Appeared to be what we were looking for. Courtesy extended during process but not after. The vehicle is a Certified Pre-Owned Chrysler product as per documents given to me. Failed to disclose that the second key FOB was missing until after purchase. Vehicle damaged at prep area and asked for repair, promised but still not receiving an appointment for over a month. Some of the e3lectronis is not working, so much for being certified. Salesman refuses to return calls or emails. Only one conversation promising a return call in an hour....still waiting after a week. Too many lies and inconsiderate personnel. My work makes it difficult to drive an hour to the place just to be treated as other than a customer. Changed the "Hospitality" coverage after agreement to purchase. Those who have rated it with high marks, I hope you continue to receive such service, I have not and will not do business with them again. I am in consult with my Lawyer about this. So sad it has to come to this just to have the company honor it's promises made in writing. More

What a joke of a dealership. First off this is my first review I have ever done. Great experience dealing with the sales man but when it has come to dealing with the service department if I could give them a negative star I would. I've known shade tree mechanics with better work ethic than this place. The service writer I have been dealing with has terrible customer service. I have no idea how he is still employed at Southern unless there standards are just that low. I have decided to drive the extra mileage to suffolk for service work just so I don't have to deal with southern. More

finally technicians who can repair a vehicle after having carolina chrysler in elizabeth city nc.ruined the steering on my wifes 2013 chry 200, i took the car to southern chrysler in chesapeake v after having carolina chrysler in elizabeth city nc.ruined the steering on my wifes 2013 chry 200, i took the car to southern chrysler in chesapeake va. bill newell and his technician david immediately diagnosed the steering problem (bad steering rack the carolina chrysler ruined) and immediately took the car in for repairs because they said it was unsafe to drive and affected the proper repair of the vehicle. i really appreciate their concern and prompt action and recommend anyone to seek southern chrysler out for car service. The best part of the purchasing experience is that your relationship with the Salesmen and the Dealership doesn't end once the check is cut and you drive away.
