Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to have vehicle worked on for two days. Denied a courtesy car despite $4500 in projected work. Rented a car out of pocket to drop vehicle off. After vehicle was drop worked on for two days. Denied a courtesy car despite $4500 in projected work. Rented a car out of pocket to drop vehicle off. After vehicle was dropped off I was told the dealership did not have the required parts despite scheduling the appointment 2-3 weeks in advance. Wasted money on the rental car and still no repairs.
