Poor service. Got the run around on trying to get car repaired. Hall had my vehicle for just under 4 weeks and nothing was done. They tried to blame the insurance however it kept coming back to their i repaired. Hall had my vehicle for just under 4 weeks and nothing was done. They tried to blame the insurance however it kept coming back to their inability to follow simple request from state farm in a timely manner. A dealership I was hoping to start a good working relationship with has completely ruined that opportunity. Good luck to anyone that has to deal with Hall. More

I was helped by Darla to schedule my appointment and when I arrived she was there to greet me and get me started.
