Absolutely horrible. Dropped my vehicle off for service appointment and ask the service representative if it would be done same day. He said my actual advisor would contact me shortly with details. 30 min appointment and ask the service representative if it would be done same day. He said my actual advisor would contact me shortly with details. 30 min before closing I called because I had not heard anything. Talked to a lady who told me on status on my vehicle, then talked to my service advisor (ray) and was told something else. I was given a bunch of excuses why they couldn't call me and let me know it wouldn't be ready that day, I had to call them. No manager available. Called the next day at 0730 when they opened and left a message for the manager to call me with status of my vehicle. After waiting 2.5 hours I called the service managers direct line to Todd who seemed like he could careless about why I was calling him and not my advisor. He proceeded to tell me he didn't see my paperwork, vehicle, or tech around and must be out for a test drive and would call me back. Another 2 hours past and I call him back, he gives me some excuses why he couldn't call back in a timely manner after you told me you didn't know where my vehicle was. He wasn't rude but you could tell he could careless about my issues. Then he couldn't give an estimate on time (understandable as they were troubleshooting). Ray called me about 4pm letting my know they couldn't figure out the issue but saw what I was talking about and I could come get the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle as I was walking in the bay I heard one employee say is that him? And the other replied yes. I was the only male entering the bay and also there was only 1 female in there also so pretty obvious there was some talking about me in the shop. Both of the men wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Good job making a customer feel good about bringing you business. Never heard from Todd again, no apology or anything. Ray made it right in the end, as I got there I also saw Ray being overloaded while one advisor left for the day, multiple people standing around, and another service advisor relaxed and not stressed. Kudos to Ray for trying to make it right, just have a little better communication and alot of issues can be avoided. I completely understand it takes time in the mechanic Industry and some things take longer, thats not my issues. My issues is the lack knowledge when asking about my vehicle and the lack of communication and how I always had to call them not the other way around. I will never spend a dime at this place, I'll drive the extra 20 min to another chevrolet dealer. Also it should be noted of the service advisors following governor mandates and even halls mandate saying wear mask. Ray wore his but multiple other people within 6 ft of someone else were not following the mask rules, sounds like a little disregard for their customers as already shown. Stay away from this place. More
