I have never been treated with such indifference at Hall in almost 7 years of customer. My car went in at 9:00 am and I didn't get it back until almost 6 because it sat out on the lot for more than 4 hours. in almost 7 years of customer. You would think after spending over $180,000 with Hall, they would make an effort to service my car with some efficiency or at least keep me informed. More

I can not express the outstanding customer service. I was traveling and had an issue at 1:00 am making it impossible for me to continue my trip. I contacted Hall Chevrolet and they made arrangements to was traveling and had an issue at 1:00 am making it impossible for me to continue my trip. I contacted Hall Chevrolet and they made arrangements to look at my vehicle right away. Although it took three days to ensure that I could travel safely, they arranged for me a rental vehicle to continue on my original travel and arranged for me to pick up my vehicle on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. I feel they went over an above for customer service. More
