Took my vehicle here for routine maintenance. Been coming here for about two years. Usually worked with Ray and had never had a problem. Recently took my vehicle here for service. I picked it up with no issu here for about two years. Usually worked with Ray and had never had a problem. Recently took my vehicle here for service. I picked it up with no issues, payed and drove home. Once I was home I discovered that they forgot to reset my TPMS. No biggie….I called and let them know. That’s when DeeDee had told me they couldn’t figure out how to reset it. That was the first time I had heard about the problem. No updates while it was getting serviced. They just gave it back to me. I voiced my concerns at her response was “it’s on the paperwork”. I checked and it is definitely NOT on the paperwork. Got GM customer service involved because I’m not too sure how I can have the same rims and tires since I bought the vehicle and never had an issue. ended up driving it back to the dealership, where it sat for an entire day while they “tried to figure it out”. I eventually received a phone call that they couldn’t fix it and the options were to deal with it, or change my rims. Picked up my vehicle, drove it 15 mins down the road to a Discount Tire center, they reset it within seconds. More
