3 weeks later still waiting for the service manager to call me back. Service department denied me an alignment because of a bolt in the upper control arm. Claiming it was loose and if tightened could brea call me back. Service department denied me an alignment because of a bolt in the upper control arm. Claiming it was loose and if tightened could break. Left hall service went somewhere else. One hour later alignment was performed. When asked if there were any concerns at the new place, I was advised everything was fine. Took my vehicle to my personal mechanic to evaluate the bolt. He said there was nothing wrong with the bolt. Hall cause me a bit of concern, so I purchased new bolts to have installed by my personal mechanic. When he gave me the bolts - he was correct, there was nothing wrong with my bolts. They showed me a stock photo of what was supposed to be my upper control arm; however, because I have purchased all my control arms upper and lower on both sides, I was confident to let them know the photo was not for my car. If you are not familiar with the parts on your car, take a moment to look it up on the internet when they claim something needs to be done to your car and compare it to the stock photo on your printout. More
