Bringing a vehicle in the night before for early bird service doesn’t help get your vehicle back any quicker than if you brought it in at 10:00 am for service. No return call after leaving a message for a service advisor to find out when the vehicle would be ready. And when the vehicle was ready the service person calls the wrong number to notify someone (who knows who?) that it’s ready. He figures that out later and calls us 45 mins before closing for the night and we didn’t have time to pick up the vehicle before closing. So, we couldn’t get our vehicle back until the next day. This was not a repair or maintenance service on the vehicle. Perhaps more service advisors and mechanics need to be hired to serve your customers in a more timely manner. More

Several hours later the General Manager (Wendy Aston) called me and HARASSED me about the review. She was very angry and aggressive towards me. She stated “you did exactly what I asked you not to do”. Is that how you do business? You ask customers not to leave bad reviews? Harassment is zero tolerance. Do you agree Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake? Ray the service technician was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me and told me he was already checking in a car and didn’t know why the other service tech told me to go to him. Darla unprofessional. He yelled at me and told me he was already checking in a car and didn’t know why the other service tech told me to go to him. Darla stepped right in and tried to help but by then he had already embarrassed me and made me angry and upset. He needs customer service training. He also needs to learn not to take his frustrations out on the customer. I did what I was told by the other technician and went to his counter. If I could give negative stars I would. More
