Why does it take over an hour to do a simple oil change when you already have an appointment. This should be at max 30 minute job, and this was the "express service" I would hate to have the regular servic when you already have an appointment. Turned my 2500HD silverado in for an takata airbag recall. They did the install and tried to blame the airbag light on my customizations. Then tried to charge me $170 an hour to find the issue. I told them that I had those customizations done for a while and the light was never on then. Servicing also told me that I had a headlight and turn signal light bulb out and told me I should replace them. After I picked up the truck the light bulbs were all functional. Long story short, I am still driving around with an airbag light on after a mandatory airbag install. I am not going to pay for something that should have been dealt with on a recall. More
