While at the dealership it was good. But after the visit and my vehicle wasn't updated I called and left messages but after 3 times I get a call service. This is during regular hours. Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and recall fix. And I had an appt. My first 2 oil changes without an appt. were two hour waits.
