Very upset with the state inspection and not being told my car was rejected for windshield wipers. I was recommended to change the wipers, but not told that it would cause rejection. Service agent recognized my license plate and called me by name as I entered the doorway!!! I have never since having my Buick have any agents be on the ball since my 98 Toyota where service agent at the by name as I entered the doorway!!! The service is ok and that's about it. The reception staff never seem to have a clue what is going on or really give off the vibe they care. This whole just drop your car off for an oil change and it will be ready at some point during the day is not efficient. Its a pain to schedule service because the website doesn't work correctly when I use it. Aside from free oil changes there is no real reason for me to use the KIA service center. More

I had to wait almost 2 months for my appointment for an inspection. I think they do this because I bought the car there so my inspections are free and they think I'll take it somewhere else. Yet, they take inspection. I think they do this because I bought the car there so my inspections are free and they think I'll take it somewhere else. Yet, they take walk ins for other services. And I was there an hour and a half. Inspections should take no longer than 45 minutes at most! More

The service department needs serious help. They always act so annoyed when you come in. I have had nothing but issues with my car and everytime I leave something is still wrong with it. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to get a piece of my dash changed. Who ever ordered the part did not read that they are going to break my main on screen when they try to replace it. Thankfully I h of my dash changed. Who ever ordered the part did not read that they are going to break my main on screen when they try to replace it. Thankfully I had a tempered glass screen protector on it or it would have shattered. Instead it has cracks and chips in it. No one ever called me and informed me of any of this, or told the representative at pick up to tell me. Highly disappointed in the whole experience. More
