Let me just start off by saying that the people were very friendly to us. With that being said, the rest of the experience has not been good. Me and my wife were at the dealership for almost three hours by friendly to us. With that being said, the rest of the experience has not been good. Me and my wife were at the dealership for almost three hours by the time we were signing the final paperwork for our 09 Mercury Mariner, so I wasn't paying attention to what they were puting in front of us to sign. We were charged about 3,000 dollars more than the msrp, and they did not go over the actual cost of an extended warranty, just what it covered. Well at the end of it we were charged over 31,000 dollars for a vehicle that has an msrp of 23,375. BUYER BEWARE. More

I was suckered!!! I was told I was going to get a certain price on a vehicle. I went home and applied for the loan and received a call from the dealership saying they could not offer me the car for certain price on a vehicle. I went home and applied for the loan and received a call from the dealership saying they could not offer me the car for that price. I asked them why they made the deal in the first place and they said it was a mistake. I asked the sales person several times about the price and he assured me I could get the vehicle for that price. I found out later that they were pulling the "bait and switch" tactic on me. Luckily I found another dealer and got the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. More

We purchased our 2006 Sedona in March of 2006. It was our first experience purchasing a Brand New Automobile. I have to say that the sales staff was excellent. I also have to give a Hats off to our ser our first experience purchasing a Brand New Automobile. I have to say that the sales staff was excellent. I also have to give a Hats off to our service advisor Charlie Kerr. He has went out of his way to make sure that our Sedona has always been properly serviced and that any problem whatsoever has been promptly addressed. We could not be more pleased with out experience at Lynnhaven Kia. We will definately be returning to them for our next new car purchase. More
