Joe went the extra mile and drove us to see the car I was interested in that was just moved to their other dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bobbie made the financing part painle interested in that was just moved to their other dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bobbie made the financing part painless and took the extra time to find the lowest interest rate for me. Their attention to detail is impressive and when I arrived to pick up my car, it was impeccably cleaned, full tank of gas and even had my favorite air freshener. More
I came in to see the new Optimas on a Friday afternoon with no intent to make any deals that day. I needed to speak with my co-signer and see what she thought about the whole ordeal and I did just that th with no intent to make any deals that day. I needed to speak with my co-signer and see what she thought about the whole ordeal and I did just that the following day. I was never pressured by Kevin or anyone else at the dealership. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and not awkward. Kevin looked out for me from the first minute I stepped on the lot. I pushed for a big screen and navigation and he told me to stay realistic and think about saving money. So I had to not be hard headed and agree to look at a 2013 to save myself a bit of money. In the end I was able to get the 2014 and am extremely happy with it. I still never felt pressured and if anything the staff looked out for me better than I did myself. Everyone was a great help and took time to get to know me as a person and not just as a buyer. I would highly recommend both Kia and Lincoln to anyone I may encounter. I am about personality and big hearts and everyone there had just what I needed... and a car also. I will definitely tell friends to come and see Kevin because he will look out for them from the moment they say "hello." =) More

Great experience. Love our new 2014 KIA Optima! Our salesman, Larry Mathis, was a delight to work with. The car is extremely comfortable. Will definitely return to this dealership in the future. salesman, Larry Mathis, was a delight to work with. The car is extremely comfortable. Will definitely return to this dealership in the future. I purchased a 2012 Optima SX turbo with all the bells and whistles! Great car and so was the salesman. He was stellar and kept us very happy. Move forwards 6 months for my FIRST maintenance and WHOA! What whistles! Great car and so was the salesman. He was stellar and kept us very happy. Move forwards 6 months for my FIRST maintenance and WHOA! What an awful experience. First, this issue I was having with the Nav System was not even addressed. I kept mentioning it to the young man at the service counter and he kept saying "yeah sure, that probably stinks." And after he hard sold me on this premium additional warranty stuff that I really did not want, my free maintenance oil change for life that they promised me cost me $120.00. Really? Is this what I get from you guys? Impression: Lack of Integrity. Lack of Customer Focus for Service Needs. Lack of Empathy for the Consumer. Overall, if you go to this dealer after reading so many negative reviews, I'd say it's your own fault. I REALLY wish I'd researched their reputation before hand. Currently my vehicle which only has 4,200 miles on it is being looked at by Casey KIA of Newport News. Their Service Staff is attentive, professional and they fix what you need fixed, not sell you on a bunch of other needless services and boot you out the door feeling confused and abused. More
The dealership posted on some of the online car finder websites a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu LS for an internet price of $13988. When I arrived at the dealership and look at the vehicle everyone was friendly. We start to fill out the offer sheet and the salesman excuses his self to talk to his manager. When he brings the offer sheet back the price jumped to approximately 16400. I inquired why the price escalated so high. I was told tax and title fees. Well, I know that is too much for tax and title. So, I thanked the salesman for his efforts and attempted to leave. The salesman then tried to pressure me into buying a 2005 grand marquis (lime green) for around the same price as the Malibu listed on the internet. I said no, I wanted a Malibu and left the establishment. This was a horrible experience with the classic bait and switch tactics I thought was reserved for the past. I would stay away from this dealership. More
I have been to this place at least 8 times, and 7 out of the 8 times it was for the same reason. My check engine light came on back in 2007. I brought to these guys and was told it was fault ignition coils the 8 times it was for the same reason. My check engine light came on back in 2007. I brought to these guys and was told it was fault ignition coils but not to worry because it was factory recall. Having a V8 I ended up going back another 3 times before they decided to just replace them all. Also I had a rattling noise coming from my front axle, 2 visits (and about $1,500 bucks) later it still rattles. Of course my check engine light came on again for the same problem which I could not understand since they replaced it all and if it had been something else causing the problem how could they not pick it up the other 4 times I brought my car in (of I forgot to add that sometimes I was charged 100 bucks for the diag even though it was factory recall and sometimes I wasn't, price seem to fluctuate at this place.) Jeff feeds me some BS as to what the problem is; I know a bit about my car and could tell what he was describing couldn't possibly have anything to do with what was going on with the vehicle. I would have much rather talked to the mechanic, but he was always busy and I was always stuck with a pacifier. Well to day I took it back for the final time. My last visit, I was told that there was no way they could continue working on what the problem was until I upgraded the software on my onboard computer because they felt the outdated software was causing the problem (another 100 bucks for the upgrade plus another 100 for the diag). Of course it wasn't and days later my check engine light was back on. I went to a different service rep who only charged my 49.95 for my diag this time (can't help but wonder if that had always been the regular price.) with the recall everything should be free but I'm not holding my breathe. either way it will be the last time I every set foot near this dealership for anything. Just an update, now it is my catalytic converter that is needed repair according to the dealership of course when I ask how did they go about figuring it out they just told me that's what the computer said, no one actually went in and looked at anything in the car. I have purchased my last three vechicles from these people, and will continue to do so for years to come. The sales people espically Billy Woods are exceptional and understanding beyond any others that people, and will continue to do so for years to come. The sales people espically Billy Woods are exceptional and understanding beyond any others that I have ever encountered dealing with car sales. He was a very gracious person from the first time I met him on the lot looking for a car for my wife. Never did I feel pressured, which is amazing in itself when looking at cars anywhere else. When it came to do the dirty deed with the finance people, I never felt that I was going to the cleaners. Both people I had seen, Adam and Richard Ramos were very professional, and I had the best experience with Richard Ramos the Finance Manager. He took my deal and had worked very hard and finding me the right company, for the right price, for the right amount of time that anyone would have ever wanted. My hat goes off to these people, for making a sometimes stressful period of time, seem like it was just another day in life. You can count on me to send people your way when ever they are looking for a car in the future. Again, THANK YOU Billy Woods and Richard Ramos you both are a credit to your industry, and terrific people. Customer for LIFE, Arthur E Schultz More

Let me just start off by saying that the people were very friendly to us. With that being said, the rest of the experience has not been good. Me and my wife were at the dealership for almost three hours by friendly to us. With that being said, the rest of the experience has not been good. Me and my wife were at the dealership for almost three hours by the time we were signing the final paperwork for our 09 Mercury Mariner, so I wasn't paying attention to what they were puting in front of us to sign. We were charged about 3,000 dollars more than the msrp, and they did not go over the actual cost of an extended warranty, just what it covered. Well at the end of it we were charged over 31,000 dollars for a vehicle that has an msrp of 23,375. BUYER BEWARE. More
