Impossible to get a human, in service department, on the phone. This service department is severely undermanned and I think the management is about the worst I've ever experienced. Once they make the “sale,” (used loosely bc they “voided” our contract 3 weeks later due to an error on their part and have yet to fix 2+ weeks later) they are absolute trash. They are very friendly and answer all of my questions thoroughly. Wesley has been extremely helpful on many instances with getting the job done and getting me back on the road quickly. I was told the service would take approx 2 hours. 4 hours 45 min later it was ready. First of all, no one answers the phone in the service dept so I actually got in my car and drove down there. I brought my Buick in for an oil and filter change and state inspection , it didn’t pass state dept so I actually got in my car and drove down there. I brought my Buick in for an oil and filter change and state inspection , it didn’t pass state inspection so I left the car there for the work to be done. I had to arrange for a friend to pick me up. I was told that the part would come in the next day and my car would be fixed but the part wasn’t in for 2 more days. I was never called and given an update. My car was brought in there on 4/22/24 and was delivered to my home on 4/26/24. I realize that there is a shortage of workers but not being to get a live person on the phone isn’t good. The last thing is that when I gave my payment information on the phone, I was told that a receipt would be put in my glove box, that didn’t happen. I called the service dept and the cashier dept . I spoke to the service dept and was told that he can’t mail me one but would send it to my email, that didn’t happen. The cashier never called me back. More
