Don’t Honor Their Promises Bought a used Kia Forte. Everything was fine on the car expect the seats were pretty bad with stains and such. I was given a “We Owe You” about detailing my seats to clean them up a bit for me. When I left the dealership with my car I was told to call and set up an appointment to get this taken care of. First two weeks their interior guy was on “vacation”. I’ve called back and spoken to Alfonso, the guy who sold me the car and gave me the “We Owe You”, and he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. It’s been 2 months and no call. More

Another dealership in town we had done business with for 25 years had the exact Enclave we wanted, but were so rude and pressured us by saying we had better decide as the owner had another "hot" lead. Felt badly after our loyalty to them over the years. We had previously.visited Southern, who had the Enclave but not the color we wanted. They were so friendly and courteous with absolutely no pressure. We decided to go back to Southern and purchase our Enclave from a dealership we felt we could trust and treated us as a valued client, even though the color as not our first choice.
