Carlos in service On 2 occasions we have dealt with Carlos. First to diagnose a leak in our 2004 GMC Envoy (original owner). Quoted us $2000.00 to repair, of course we declined. It cost us 440.00 to get our vehicle back but were not told of the total. Strike one, Second time our 2015 GMC Terrain was there for routine oil change and to check for leak in drivers side rear tire. (losing air slowly) Carlos informed me I needed to get a new tire because a nail was to close to the edge. I again declined, took to my regular mechanic and the tire was plugged for $15.80. I did not need a new tire! Does he work on commission or something? Very poor customer service More
