Service was never started Had recommended warranty work after a state inspection. Part had to be ordered, so we scheduled a 0700 saturday appointment once the part aririved. Had recommended warranty work after a state inspection. Part had to be ordered, so we scheduled a 0700 saturday appointment once the part aririved. I got to the department at around 0700, and told Carlos that I would be waiting, but if I left I would tell him. He estimated to the work would take 4 hours, but since i was waiting he would try to get it completed. I ended up having my wife pick me up about 2 hours into the wait, and told Carlos I would wait for the call. At 1100 we ended up back at the dealership to just get an update. After 4 hours, the work had NOT even began. Now I get the same comments about how they know this isn’t good, but they are making changes and trying to do better. Because I couldn’t do without the car for the weekend, I have another appointment to try and get the work done. By far the worst service department with regards to scheduling service, and getting service done in an appropriate amount of time. More

Flooded car My car flooded so I took it to the service department. Instead of replacing my carpet/ seats they shampood them and put them right back in. Everyone was courteous, as they all came by TJ Caforio's office and introduced themselves to me, that if I needed anything, to please ask and let them know. TJ asked me continuously if I had further questions or if he could do anything further to help me, or if I didn't understand anything, to let him know. Then we took a look at the car, it was black inside and out. I explained I did not want black interior, too hot and it shows everything. We went back to his office and TJ found a white Kia Rio with grey interior. May I say, it is sharp looking. The car was delivered, I anxiously came in, loved the car, we looked over the figures carefully, finalized everything and walla, I got the exact car I wanted. I love it. My next car I get will be at this dealership. I do not need to go anywhere else. More
