I do not reccomend! The beginning part of the experience was not too bad. It was the end part that went down hill and that lost be from going back. I signed the contract multiple times because they were in a hurry to make a sale. They did not make sure the bank approved the loan before having me sign and drive away with the car. There were things that were added to my loan that the people "forgot" they no longer offer to military families. Along with having to sign the contract many times, I had to go back twice because there were stains and a mess left on or in my car after having it detailed. Driving all the way out there because they did not have everything together like they should have caused me to have to spend more money than needed on gas. The people I worked with did not seem too knowledgeable about the car I was getting or any of the questions I asked. They seemed to all be in a rush to make a quick sale. I will not be going back there for another car and I will not be recommending it to anyone that asks. More

Got me in before the storm. EVAC READY! In light of the hurricane I needed an oil change and they got me in at the last minute. My service only took an hour and I was good to go! Service was never started Had recommended warranty work after a state inspection. Part had to be ordered, so we scheduled a 0700 saturday appointment once the part aririved. Had recommended warranty work after a state inspection. Part had to be ordered, so we scheduled a 0700 saturday appointment once the part aririved. I got to the department at around 0700, and told Carlos that I would be waiting, but if I left I would tell him. He estimated to the work would take 4 hours, but since i was waiting he would try to get it completed. I ended up having my wife pick me up about 2 hours into the wait, and told Carlos I would wait for the call. At 1100 we ended up back at the dealership to just get an update. After 4 hours, the work had NOT even began. Now I get the same comments about how they know this isn’t good, but they are making changes and trying to do better. Because I couldn’t do without the car for the weekend, I have another appointment to try and get the work done. By far the worst service department with regards to scheduling service, and getting service done in an appropriate amount of time. More
