Exceeded Customer Expectation! I had an appt. Arrived about 20 minutes early and the service center processed me in immediately. Told them I would be waiting and in 90 minutes my ve I had an appt. Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars I would! Pushy sales people, poor "management" that straight up lies to your face, and completely unprofessional behavior! They tell you they're gonna do things that they NEVER do and do not follow through on and then NEVER return your calls! I bought a car a week ago that didn't come with a licence plate bracket and was told it would be ordered and ready by next day and that I would be receiving a call but haven't heard not one word back after calling three times! So here I am driving around with no license plate in a state where it's illegal and I can get a ticket. And that's just one very annoying issue I had. Please just look elsewhere, there are better dealerships with better prices in the area!!!! More
