Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars I would! Pushy sales people, poor "management" that straight up lies to your face, and completely unprofessional behavior! They tell you they're gonna do things that they NEVER do and do not follow through on and then NEVER return your calls! I bought a car a week ago that didn't come with a licence plate bracket and was told it would be ordered and ready by next day and that I would be receiving a call but haven't heard not one word back after calling three times! So here I am driving around with no license plate in a state where it's illegal and I can get a ticket. And that's just one very annoying issue I had. Please just look elsewhere, there are better dealerships with better prices in the area!!!! More

Southern Kia - One Awesome Dealer! This was the third straight new vehicle and second new Kia Sorrento that I purchased from Southern Kia in Virginia Beach. This is new ground for me because I have never made a second purchase from the same dealer before for varied reasons. Southern Kia in Virginia Beach has changed that totally and completely. The sales department and service department and all associated personnel is completely top notched. Over the years when I arrive at the dealer for service or whatever, I feel totally at home and I have no worries that I will be taken the advantage of. At this time, I can not imagine purchasing another vehicle anywhere else and receive the same quality of service that I receive at Southern Kia. I have never been treated any better as a customer and I intend to hold on to that. More

I do not reccomend! The beginning part of the experience was not too bad. It was the end part that went down hill and that lost be from going back. I signed the contract multiple times because they were in a hurry to make a sale. They did not make sure the bank approved the loan before having me sign and drive away with the car. There were things that were added to my loan that the people "forgot" they no longer offer to military families. Along with having to sign the contract many times, I had to go back twice because there were stains and a mess left on or in my car after having it detailed. Driving all the way out there because they did not have everything together like they should have caused me to have to spend more money than needed on gas. The people I worked with did not seem too knowledgeable about the car I was getting or any of the questions I asked. They seemed to all be in a rush to make a quick sale. I will not be going back there for another car and I will not be recommending it to anyone that asks. More
