The dealership called to tell me my truck was ready and they accidentally made a mark on my car. They said it was not significant. When I got there they had scraped and dented the whole bottom front driver side. Apparently someone hit the metal side of the building. It is Saturday and I have yet to hear from a manager or anyone else. When I picked up the truck on Wednesday the service person was less than professional with my fiancé. I am extremely disappointed with my appointment and even more disappointed no one seems to care and hasn’t even reached out. More
