Did not properly diagnose problem I brought my 2017 Sierra in for engine sputtering issue. The initial diagnoses was bad fuel pump. I was told issue was address and fixed. With 10 min I brought my 2017 Sierra in for engine sputtering issue. The initial diagnoses was bad fuel pump. I was told issue was address and fixed. With 10 min of picking the vehicle up I noticed the issue persisted. I contacted GMC and had to bring the truck right back in. This time they told me that the issue was with the transmission fluid to which GMC put out a notice to change for my model. The truck only has 17000 miles and already needed a fluid transfer for the transmission. More

Poor Salesmanship We were very disappointed in the service received at this dealership. While there were lots of issues with getting us the car, the whole process seeme We were very disappointed in the service received at this dealership. While there were lots of issues with getting us the car, the whole process seemed to be a burden on the people we worked with. Our initial salesman, Adam, was great and he listened to us and our needs. Unfortunately, we had to finish our deal with another salesman and we were extremely turned off by him. Had we started working with him first, we would have left immediately and found another dealership. He tried way too hard to be too chummy with us and kept mentioning that we should "give me a good review" and "how did I do?" without really waiting for an answer. He was trying to sell us a car we had already agreed to purchase, we just needed him for the paperwork, we didn't need to sit there and look at Snapchat videos of his daughter and hear about his other customers. I am hoping for better results from the service department but we will not buy another car from Southern. The day after we signed the papers, we asked Dykes a question and he told us "The deal was done yesterday" and did not get us the info we needed. This was at the same time he was asking us for more info so the dealership could get more money in rebates from GM. Sorry bud, as you put it, the deal was done. For the sake of GM, I hope this dealership gets it together because this is not a good face for them. More
