Dealing with Management to negotiate the price I desired was fun and having to make suggestions on how to improve the bottom line. After that was done and the initial paperwork was signed, then came the up-selling first with the Delivery Consultant with the pitch of the protection packages. "Katie" provided a great presentation and worked with me to down-size my cost of the protection products. Until I sat down with "Katie" this was the first mention of what KIA Lynnhaven was going to offer, leaving very little time to review the products before having to have to decide on how to protect my new KIA. Then whisked off to the Finance Manager, whom I learned was from my home state in FL and nearby city. Then came the next pitch of warranty packages not previously discussed by TJ nor the sales manager. Again, without sufficient time to review the packages, I had to make my best decisions. before the price would go up if I made a decision later because now its a used car as explained to me. Now back to TJ, we finally go the vehicle out of Prep and he took his valuable time to discuss, in and around the vehicle, all the neat aspects of the vehicle. Including how to set features up too. Each person I dealt with was knowledgeable and in the end I drove off with my new 2019 KIA Sorrento SX. More

Few bumps but they are working to make it better Gave me an excellent price for my trade in and met my needs as far as leasing, however, I was shorted about 400 miles on the contract. The paint was chipped too but they are doing everything they can to fix everything so where I was an average score, now I’m an excellent. They also threw in the exterior, undercarriage, and interior protection package free of charge. More

What we admire about Johnnie is his honesty, he's trust worthy, has strong values, morals and high sense of integrity. He also exhibits those long forgotten traits of the "Golden Rule". In evaluating a person these are most important to me prior to buying. Johnnie is a true professional and gentleman who not only effectively listens but gives excellent advice in helping us make a sound choice of purchasing. As a 70 year old retired professional soldier, law enforcement officer and university professor, Johnnie is in my opinion one of the finest human beings I ever met. Due to his length of service with Kia, he's an outstanding role model for others to emulate and I can see leads by example. In the past I've refer friends to him who bought a Kia. So enjoyable! As a woman it is always anxiety inducing going into a service shop alone. This being my first car that I have bought from Southern as well as my first brand new car I can say I’ve had a bumpy 2 years with Southern. The service manager at Greenbrier was probably the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and the last time I had my car serviced at GMC (bc it’s on my side of town) I felt lost and forgotten. It’s probably why I’ve waited so long to get it serviced again ... Well needless to say that feeling is NO MORE! Carlos in your service department at GMC is probably the BEST person I have ever dealt with in the Southern brand. He walked me through EVERYTHING. Let me know right away when there was a delay and what was going on as it was happening. I had special circumstances with my vehicle and not once did he make me feel embarrassed or being used. The head mechanic was wonderful too, I am sorry I didn’t get his name. He made sure all issues were taken care of correctly before I drove off the lot. I will only stay within the Southern family as long as Carlos is there! More
