I have to say my experience with the Lynnhaven location has been a great one so far. Their sales team worked tirelessly to get me into a new truck when I needed one and the service team has been nothing but first class, especially when it has come to warranty and recall issues. More
NOT HAPPY Recently purchased a new 2019 GMC Truck, It has been over a week since I purchased the truck and I still do not have the truck in procession. It had a small dent in it from shipping and they are getting that fixed prior to giving my new truck. They have already cashed all my checks but I still have no truck. The sales stuff was very nice the evening of the purchase, with the exception the business manger Robert Morgan he was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever meet in the car business. If the truck wasn't the 100% match for the truck I was looking for I would of walked away from the deal. And I still don't have my truck. More
