Didn't Rotate Tires I came for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires. Said she forgot to tell them to do so. She then said that the tires were worn evenly, and that they could get them next time so I wouldn't have to wait. The thing is, the front tire corners get somewhat rounded and the rear tires wear flat across. I just don't want the front tires to get too far ahead of the rear. She said that tire rotation would be free of charge the next time. Also, I noticed greasy/dirty fingerprints and smudges on my chrome grill where they had opened the hood and on the chrome trim on the drivers door at the bottom of the window. You would think with a $60,000 truck that they would at least wipe their smudges off. I never got a receipt or summary of my visit. I'd like to see the mechanics checklist. More

Good customer service, but need to improve communication I found a really good deal with a pre-owned car that they had, I knew it was exactly what I wanted it was a unicorn kind of deal. They insisted on a 24 hour test drive, to make sure I did not find any problems with the car. I really liked this perk, and the next day we were ready to close the deal. Then we got there and waited for about 3 hours for paperwork, then had to listen to them trying to sell all kinds of protections that I didn't want. Finally we went to talk with the finance person and had a surprise that there was $300 added to the final price for window etching, I asked about it and he told me it was something that they do to all cars. I was tired, and happy that it was still a good deal, so I let it slip. We didn't have the check for the down payment, so after signing all the papers we agreed that I would take the car that day but come back a few days later with the check. I took the extra days to read about the window etching, and found that it was something that I didn't want. So on the day agreed I took the check to them and was ready to ask them to take the window etching out of the final price. But after asking for that I hear that they could not sell the car anymore because the person who had given it as a trade-in had been deployed by the military and there was a law that they could revoke their deal. Well, you can take your on conclusions about that situation. After trying to find a different car with another sales rep, I decided that I was going to wait for another great deal since wasn't on a hurry. But then I remembered to check my credit report, and there were 2 inquiries there. I demanded that they did something to get those out of there since it wasn't my fault that I couldn't move on with the first deal. They said they couldn't do that. So I asked for a letter explaining the situation so that I could try to get those inquiries out of my report. Again they said they could not do that. After a short discussion with the finance guy, he decided I needed to talk to the general manager. The general manager explained the situation again, and asked what he could do to make it better. I told him about another good deal I had found online, so I wanted a similar deal on a new car in order to not take more inquiries in my credit report. He arranged a good deal on a new car, and we closed on it. Overall I am ok with the experience since I got a good car for a good price, but I wasted a lot of my time, did not take the car I wanted and ended up expending more money than I wanted at first. The sales reps did a great job, having a lot of patience with me and trying to help me find a good deal, I have nothing to complain about them. More
From beginning to end of my purchase. I delt with Nina which she was exceptionally. Ok now on to the financing. I have been buying Kia's for years. I had decided to get the car loan throug I delt with Nina which she was exceptionally. Ok now on to the financing. I have been buying Kia's for years. I had decided to get the car loan through my bank for a very low percentage rate. Rudy had been going through other lenders and BECAUSE I decided not to use them and would not put my husband on my loan for the vehicle he took away the military discount and other discounts which I was not happy! As far as I'm concerned for as many Kias I have bought through the years I should have still been able to have the discounts. Word of mouth goes A LONG WAY!! Now on to having my car detailing my vehicle. The girl I delt with to get detailing done was exceptional. Now the one I delt with after detailing and picking my car thought was very rude. A customer had just walked into her office and Because of that she made my husband and I wait 20 minutes to give us the keys to our car. I think if she had excused her self for a few moments the customer in office would not have minded I work in retail and have for many years.
