Great people but a bit slow ! We had a great sales person Dykes and he really knew the inventory on the lot and found us exactly what we wanted! He was patient as we test drove 3 v We had a great sales person Dykes and he really knew the inventory on the lot and found us exactly what we wanted! He was patient as we test drove 3 vehicles and waited for us to decide. Once we picked out the SUV we wanted he started the paperwork and got his part done fairly quick then we sat and sat waiting on the final steps of getting plates and title done and waiting for the finishing person who also does finance ( we didn’t need financing) ! This person was backed up and had been working on financial stuff with another buyer for close to an hour. Finally after the dealership was closed we where sent over to another side of dealership for someone else to do our final paperwork. No complaints other than the end waiting. If you use this dealyask for Dykes.... he was wonderful! More
